The Pleasure of the Kitchen

I love ceramics and fresh fruit, the kitchen, and kitchen table. There is something about round fruits in light, especially vibrant colors such as orange and red—combined with blues, usually found in ceramics and backgrounds—that represent a promise: of the pleasures of food, kitchens, meals, community and peacefulness.
